Shipping:

Domestic (within Australia) parcel services are different compared to international (overseas) parcel services.

● Standard shipping - We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60AUD within Australia (takes 2-6 business days). 
●  Express shipping - Contact us if you need your order faster, so we can organise express shipping for you, however, it will cost more than standard shipping (takes 1-2 business days).
● Contact us first before placing your order from overseas so your country can be added to the list which you will select at checkout.
● If it's a made to order plushie, please allow at least 3-7 business days for it to be made and will be shipped as soon as it's done.
● If it's a made to order car charm, bag charm or keychain, please allow at least 1 day for it to be made.

Care instructions:

● How can I wash my plush?
Spot clean or gently hand wash in cold water and air dry.
● How can I wash my keychain, car charm/bag charm?
My my keychains and charms are made using acrylic yarn. They are safe to hand wash or machine washable cold water using gentle cycle. Air dry.

Return policy:

Due to sanitary reasons, I do not accept returns. If there is something wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
